DIA Casclean is a smut remover used before the anodizing treatment of silicon-based aluminum die-casting products or during the painting process. You are not subjected to the regulation on the total quantity of NOx GAS and nitrogen generated by using nitric acid (HNO3).
The special features
- By using the undiluted chemical, the method of use is not difficult.
- As it is used between 25~30 degrees, temperature management is easy.
- For the treatment tank, we recommend the thermally-rigid vinyl chloride, polyethylene resin (P.E.), fluorine resin, and polypropylene resin (P.P.).
