The DIA desmut is a treatment agent that removes the metallic smuts that occur when doing the alkaline etching before the chemical polishing and the anodizing treatment.
Because the nitric acid has not been contained, the regulations on the NOx gas and the total amount of the nitrogen do not have to be received.
It can be used when removing the smuts on all of the aluminum materials.
The description
It is a liquid in the unit of 20L, and because it gets very easily mixed in the water, the use is convenient.
The special features
- An acid liquid with no color = Specific gravity: 1.15 (25℃).
- After chemically treating a 10%~20% AI material, according to the extent of the occurrence of the smuts, you can use it by adjusting the density of the use.
