Sealing agents

During the process of the anodizing, after the dyeing, during the boiling water
sealing treatment, the sulfate within the pore comes out together with
the dye, which can cause a declaring fault.
By pretreating with the ‘Dia Pre Seal’ before the high-temperature, sealing
treatment, it is a non-nickel, sealing, pretreatment agent that powerfully
suppresses the decoloring phenomenon when high-temperature sealing.
By responding to the RoHS certification and the environmental regulations,
the 4 biggest heavy metals (lead, mercury, chrome, and cadmium),
the substances that are regulated by the industry, and the nickel are
not contained at all.

special features

  • When boiling-water sealing, the decoloration of the dyed material is powerfully suppressed.
  • As it is a non-nickel, it is free from the harmfulness of nickel.
  • As it suppresses the liquid ageing resulting from the mixture of the impurities, because the liquid life span is long, it is economical.
  • There is no coloring contamination of the material that had been finishing treated in the silver color.
  • There are no additional heating costs as the operation is performed at room temperature.
  • It improves the reliability (the salt water resistance and the acid resistance) of the product that had been non-nickel sealing treated.

properties

  • The external appearance: A light green liquid.
  • The relative weight: 1.02 (20℃)
