technology. Not only the economic benefit, it heightens the surface hardness
after the treatment. Not only the improvements of the corrosion resistance
and the alkaline resistance, it is an extraordinary, low-temperature sealant
which does not have any powdering, too.

  • The sealing gets completed in 10 minutes at the low temperatures of 30℃~35℃. It is sufficient with the phenomenon of the conversion of the hollow walls and the filling of the deposition fully in the pores. And there is no need for a hydration reaction.
  • The Dia Cold #500 forms a surface of which the tolerance is strong, including the alkaline (NaOH), the lime, etc. by combining with the anodizing.
  • Because the hydration reaction has been extremely limited, there is no powdering on the surface at all.
  • The low-temperature sealing process is an economical process that shortens to 10 minutes~12 minutes with the solution of the 30 minutes~60 minutes being at 30℃~35℃ and with the solution at 90℃~100℃ with regard to the anodizing line.
