As a weak alkaline and as a degreasing agent for the use with the dippings
of the aluminum and the alloys, the Al Clean #300 is a product that has the
excellent degreasing ability. Especially, if it is used before the anodizing
(almite) treatment of an aluminum alloy, in the caustic soda and nitric acid
treatment in the next process, the uniform etchings are possible.
The Al Clean #300 does not corrode or discolor the aluminum material,
and it is a non-silicate product.
